During my year as a Summer Marketing Manager at ObjectWin Technology, I had the opportunity to blend traditional outreach with modern automation to create real impact across two continents.
Building Pipelines Through Cold Outreach
One of the core aspects of my role was direct customer engagement. I cold-called over 150 premium-ticket individuals across the USA and India, a challenging but rewarding task. Through personalized communication and value-focused conversations, I achieved a 37% positive response rate, sparking interest and quotation requests for Virtual Assistant (VA) services. It was a reminder that with the right approach, cold outreach can still open warm opportunities.
Revamping the Brand, Digitally
Recognizing the need for a stronger digital presence, I spearheaded an online rebranding initiative. By deploying 25,000 personalized follow-up emails and integrating chatbot automation, we expanded our media outreach by 19%. This campaign not only improved visibility but also boosted engagement by making our communication more interactive and responsive.
Closing Deals That Last
Marketing is also about conversion. I had the opportunity to present our in-house B2B products to three premium clients, showcasing not only our services but also our commitment to solving their real business challenges. Final Reflection
This experience at ObjectWin was a masterclass in blending grit with strategy. From dialing numbers across time zones to automating conversations and landing long-term contracts, I grew immensely both as a marketer and communicator. It’s not just about selling a service—it’s about creating meaningful touchpoints that evolve into partnerships.
